Mohammed Afzal Bajwa was much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. He will be sadly missed by everyone. His hospitality knew no bounds and he was an immensely loving and lively person who had great love for his children and grandchildren. His living room is furnished with pictures of all the family: from a wall with framed wedding pictures to another dedicated to informal snapshots taken over the years which We would spend hours looking at trying to guess who was who in dated pictures of all the cousins. This was his way of preserving these moments and our family tree in all our memories. In starting this website, I hope to provide a way for the family, of both today and tomorrow, to return the favour and keep his memory alive through his stories and pictures in the hearts and minds of generations to come.

I remember the day when I got engaged to Abbas, Bhai Afzal was so happy I'll always remember that glowing look on his face. The place was Chacha ji Ahsan's house at 5 Zaman Park, Lahore..Since then he was always v. kind to me as I used to come from Karachi and then Abu Dhabi and stayed with him and Baji Raufa .Through out all these years he was v.hospitable and loving and he and Baji never made me miss the presence of my parents in law.He was an elder brother, brother in law, father like figure who was Baray Abu for my children, and a friend with whom I would engage in long discussions on current affairs and politics.I remember the time he along with Baji visited us at Abu Dhabi. He liked the place a lot and was particularly fond of all our friends who invited them to their places for dinners and parties. This association continued as he always welcomed our friends and my side of family to his house with open arms. I just want to say a big thank you to you,Bhai and we will always remember and carry on your spirit within ourselves. May Allah bless your soul.AASMAN TERI LAHAD PAR SHABNAM AFSHANI KAREY!
